Personally, the healing and teaching started as soon as I met Ingrid at her front door, her warm smile and presence instantly comforted me and I knew I had made the right decision to have her as my Reiki Master. She is a wonderful, kind lady, her classes are insightful and well thought out, it made me concentrate on what was positive in my life and question the negative . I found her methods and approach suited my way of thinking and I enjoyed completing Reiki 1,2 & Level 3 Master Class with her. It has changed my life in the most wonderful way and I will be forever grateful to her.

Just a note to thank you for all the wonderful Reflexology treatments - I found them so helpful and relaxing. As you know, my circulation is very bad but after an hour of your very gentle but very effective massage, I always feel completely relaxed and circulation is much improved.

I heard about Ingrid through a friend. I went and experienced Indian Head massage and reflexology. Both treatments were wonderful - giving me a feeling of calm and relaxation.
